Dessert Confetti Bites


Celebrate berry season with this delicious dessert of an easy crescent roll crust topped with a sweetened cream cheese layer and luscious berries.

SERVES: 12
PREP TIME: 15 Minutes
COOK TIME: 15 Minutes

Ingredients

2 packages (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
2 packages (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon McCormick Pure Lemon Extract
1 teaspoon McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
1 cup thawed frozen whipped topping
3 cups assorted fresh berries, such as sliced strawberries, blueberries and raspberries

Directions

	Step 1: Preheat oven to 350�F. Unroll crescent dough onto 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Press perforations to seal. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack.

	Step 2: Beat cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and extracts in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended and smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread evenly in a thin layer over cooled crust. Top with berries.

	Step 3: Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
